    I think, if you got mega-bucks to spend, either Foose or Troy Trepanier. Otherwise, talking low buck, it's the personal builder who builds what he wants and drives what he wants. JMO And, I got to go with Shawn (FMX), Dave Severson seems to build some awesome cars, along with a few other guys on here.
