The 390 is probably a bolt in swap. The 460 would be the best choice as there is no substitute for cubic inches, has a lot of torque and at this point it most likely has the best support of aftermarket suppliers. The 289, unless you were to put a supercharger on it, would be a little underpowered. The 351M is good for nothing more than a boat anchor.
