As i said previously, there is a burr left when it breaks. If you drill it with a LH bit it stands a good chance of coming right out (I have done this many times). Even if it doesn't come right out you now have a hole with which to stick an extractor in. Either way you're making progress.

As a last resort I have drilled a small (3/32") hole opposite the pin and knocked it back through with a small drift.
