69chevyman if you are topping off your power steering with the motor running then that's the problem, because when you cut the motor off some of the fluid will drain back into the reservoir and over fill it to the point of pushing it out of the top. crank the car turn the wheels lock to lock a few times, cut the car off and check the fluids. should be a dip stick in the cap. fill it to full without the motor running and then watch for leaks. if you are filling it while its running then is gonna push the excess back out of the top every time. you can also get hurt sticking you hand that close to the belts while the motor is running.
