i see what you mean, but i took a good look at the old one i have in the shop right now and i could cut the ends off it as the through pipe does not connect directly to the end of the pipe. there is a steel flange inside the muffler behind the taper.
ok question how would i build my own glass pak if i wanted too. you have got my self build bug activated now.
