Ok i am rebuilding the front end of the camaro and just removed the ball joints from the lower arms. I have bought PST replacements and noticed that the ball joints and boot are a really tight fit naturally....so my question is this. When i go to drive these in the arms, how do i do it without tearing the boot apart?....
i guess the only thing i can do is lube the hell out of them. But the only way i have ever put these in is with a 5 pound sledge and a metal cup, and so far i havent torn up the boots

but i was just wondering if you guys had any tricks to make this pain any easier
