    I got the C8FE9425A number figured out.

    C=1960-1969
    8=Narrows the C down to 1968
    F=I think is the mfg plant
    E=Engine part
    9425=Intake manifold part number
    A=Modifications

    Help me identify a Ford engine.

    Where are the numbers on a Ford V8? I got a 68 Ford pick up. The VIN # is on the door instead of on the cowl. I can't find numbers on the block yet, but there are 2 numbers on the intake manifold....
