I have no idea when it will be re broadcast as the program guide at www.HGTV.com is both inaccurate and incomplete.

Our place was featured on episode #108 and it is neither mentioned in the show...

It was a LOT of work!

The episode of ReZONED that features our place will be rebroadcast this Sunday at 6PM CST on HGTV.

Then at 8:30 PM ReZONED will feature my neighbors place where he renovated on old blacksmith...

As I mentioned, HGTV filmed our renovation project where we converted an old Studebaker dealership to our home and hobby shop.

The program is called "ReZONED".

The HGTV production crew came last Friday. They spent all day! 10 people, 3 cameras rolling. Lots of footage of the shop, showroom, cars and the house.

We moved in back in July.

Though we recieved "occupancy", as usual there were / are a lot of odds & ends to complete the project. After we moved in, we took about a 6 week rest to try and regain...

Well the final stages are taking longer than we anticipated!

The tiling should be done next week along with the finish carpenter and plumber so the carpet can get installed.

The demolition is complete!

The whole roof structure is off...They planned 3 weeks...it took 3 days!

I can't say enough about the professionalism of the demolition crew...They disected the roof...
