    Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the US...

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the US version of the 54 Merc come with a flathead? My second car was a 54 Merc (Canadian version) and it had a 256ci Y-block. Just wondering.
    Always liked those....
