all i did was put in yet another lifter and it...
all i did was put in yet another lifter and it finally solved the problem. Must have just gotten 2 bad lifters. After I finally fixed the problem I also installed a High volume oil pump just in case....

yeh and my muffler bearings were installed wrong...
