JMHO, looks like ring blow-by and uneven skirt wear. I would check the ring lands for wear and cylinders for taper.
Again just my opinion, but it's probably time for boring and new pistons. -

JMHO, but I suspect too much taper wear at the bottom of the cylinders. -
