What I was contemplating doing was just using something to make a template, then going to a glass shop and having some made up for the sides...I don't think it should cost too much, but I haven't...

I like the lexan sides idea...how does lexan hold up to scratching and maintaining clarity though compared to regular glass?

I need every piece of glass for a 1963 Ford Fairlane Sedan.

or a parts car I can take it from.

Or if you just know what other cars glass would swap over, that would help me in my search too :)...
