I'm certainly no expert on ladder bars, but it appears from this statement that the rear is not square with the chassis.

well I decided to do another mod to gain max travel of bars past the intended travel points just for that peace of mind. 1/8 inch is to close so now I'll have 1/2" or better. I cut a 3/16" wall...
