Does the Total Performance kits have a VIN? Or do I have to go to the DMV to get one assigned to the car... If I have to go thru the DMV for a VIN assignment, Does it have to be...

How do your kits get thru the Connecticut DMV? Are they considered "composite vehicles"? Would I end up getting stuck with the "smog tax"? Do your frames have legal VIN numbers?
