well this morning we see a couple pictures----------its not an air gap manifold
Valcovers are finned aluminum-you would be very surprised at the amount of heat they will dispurs with cool airflow...

So I guess you don't want to reply to questions-I'll just check out of this unless you decide to answer my questions----------

Teflon tape----------no ground to the sensor so the reading isnt...

How about some pictures showing details of the cooling system, water pump, valve covers, manifold????????

I been reading thru your prior posts-------I'd have it towed!!!!!!!!!!

Some items of interest I'd like to know-------
What engine? Heads? head gaskets? water pump? ALUMINUM heads or pump? under/over drive on pump speed? electric pump? radiator size, number of fins...

You don't put your temp guage in your water pump----------

And it needs to be in place where the coolant is leaving the engine---------this wouldn't be in the cylinder head either--------
