I'm curious as to what the casting numbers are on the heads. That has to be one of the last blocks with a provision for a road draft tube.

Definitely a truck engine, hydraulic clutch gives it away. Also be aware that the starter bolts to the bellhousing and not the block as there is no provision on the block for a starter.
