They make what is called Die Drills they have a cost factor but can drill out ANYTHING. I have used them with good success in the past.

Thats one of the things that upset me with 3 of the last suburbans I had.. they use aluminum lines to the rear air, with steel clamps to hold them..Well you know what happens there.

Not just body frame too. It was put up on ramps so you could see the entire bottom.
