    use the needle bearing type button if your cover...

    use the needle bearing type button if your cover has a washer with a hole weld in the cover. or you will tear up the soild type of button:3dSMILE:

    no you do not need it .but on hi rpm engines with...

    no you do not need it .but on hi rpm engines with soild lifters i put them in you can use a roller type or a soild type are made from aluminun and you will have to fit it to the cover get it close...
