Is there a crossover for this shock?

Does anyone know if this shock is available at the local auto parts store instead of ordering it through a speed shop or rod shop? It's the one used on the front from like a ford model t. Short shock with no top cover.

Probably but you will need to determine travel and the mounting configuration. Searching the net shock sites will give you that information. Shocks are a fairly common item and there are not all that many differences other then the travel and dampening rates.

If you see the item in a speed catalog they usually tell what the specs are, note that and search a monroe or other name brand sites. The great thing about the net plenty of information out here, just got to look around.
Is that your face or did your pants fall down?
