Nothing looks right on the front end, hard to say what to do and use what you have...

The front crossmember could be redone or replaced, with some angle cuts on the end, but it also appears that that would interfere with the movement on the radius rod mounts....

I don't see a panhard bar on the front, unless that's what that angled piece going back is supposed to be

Hard to tell from these pics, but it would appear that either the frame is too wide or the axle too narrow. The entire thing is just a really poor design, not sure there is much salvageable other then the axle itself......
