so im working on a 38 willyz pickup built on a 1990 toyota 4x4 chassis with a ford 351 windsor wha tkind of issues would stop the clutch from disengaging i have pulled it apart to make sure the clutch disk is not backwards or anything stupid like that any ideas would keep me from ripping my hair out or burning it to the ground

Aren't cars FUN ???? Tell us more about the type of transmisson and hydraulic clutch setup. Are you using one of those hydraulic throw out bearings or a side mounted slave on an arm?
