Thanks Dave. Been working two jobs so I havent had a lot of time to do much of anything else lately. With the wife not working now we needed the income to make ends meet. Hopefully she can find work soon and I can get back to doing what I like doing, working on the build.;-)

Thanks Dave, Yep busy would be the word. Now I can get back on the body being I can now roll the chassis outside and keep it out of the overspray and dust.70-71 Vietnam Vet, 1959 born again child of God

Well done man on the paint job. I did post a comment yesterday about your progress with a tongue in cheek comment on your colour choice but somebody must of thought it wasn't appropriate and deleted it. Never mind, what I asked is is the grandchildren still going to allow you to put some miles on it before they get it first??I believe that was what you were building the rod for??I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Whiplash23T, thanks man.
On the grdkids, yep, the oldest wont be 16 for 6 more years so I should be able to put a few miles on it till then....
Dont know why someone would delete your comment, I dont get offended that easily.......
Anyway I appreciate your words on the paint job.

Finished up my I Scream truck and now back on my 48 Plymouth coupe. I'm doing good; health is holding up, job is steady, family is good. I'm grateful; the Lord continues to guide and bless me daily so I try to be obedient.
How about yourself? The truck looks really good. I love old straight sixes in these kind of rods.

I have been following your thread on the I Scream truck, it came out nicely. Didnt know you were working on a 48 Ply-mouth....
You got a build thread on it too?
Good to hear all is well with you. Same here. God blesses us with a new day and so many blessing in each its hard to name them all.
Got the car up on stands at the moment. Made a list last night of things to do so it looks like it will be on stands for some time now so I can get everything under it done. I will post a couple of pics soon.70-71 Vietnam Vet, 1959 born again child of God
