i belong to a few other forums that i will not mention but
it appears to me some folks have never seen a thread they will ever agree with that being wrong opinon or wrong make , wrong model , wrong engine , wrong paint , wrong taste , wrong age , you are either a young punk or and old fart everything is wrong ALL the time except for their own opinion.
as i see it , it breaks down like this
the rat rod dudes dont like the billet dudes
the billet dudes dont like the rat rod dudes
the hot rod guys dont like anybody
the lowrider people dont like the hot rod guys ..
and on and on .. do i have a point ?? NOPE
cant we all just get along , it is all about the ride and to me it does not matter about the taste but the enjoyment of the cookin
if im wrong i can live with it

i understand denny , i seen a thread not long ago of someone asking about rust color paint WTH? i do like the a lot of the enteresting stuff folks are making these days , if they want to make rat rods so be it , but i will never for the life of me understand the "its gotta be rusty look" Originally Posted by DennyW

It's any body, and any engine that will make it go faster.
Mine now is Chevy body, Merc engine, with no color yet. Frigidaire AC, Firestone heater, 4x4 Ford headers, so far.
Rat Rods, todays lingo. Are already, or self made rusty things to resemble an art form. Tetanus shots required.
the crack about milners car was just a ruse
but i liked the black 55 better
