PS: I wondered about that Pennsylvania fender law thing. Governments do such dumb things........what does it matter if a car is pre-49 or not as far as having fenders? I guess they didn't want to give in all the way. When I lived there the vehicle laws were extremely restrictive, you literally could not do anything to a car and stay legal........no lowering, raising, engine mods, etc. I guess the hot rod community petitioned them and got some things changed. That is good.
