Rod the car, people have rodded '37 Willys, you gotta make the larger big blocks fit and some small blocks but, a Chevy 350 should fit, you would have to weld new motor mounts cause they would be mounted diffrently and, are diffrent bolt patterns. Being you arleady have a manual, you should look into a richmond 4spd for chevy, if you go with the chevy that is, many people have rodded Willys so it is not imposible.Originally posted by FASTCHEVY

I would love to have a Mustang SVO engine in there! But that's really more than I want to fool with.
I would like to find a Jeep engine to go back in it, but if the 3 spd is pretty worthless for driving, I will use a drive-train out of somthing else.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
