Welcome to CHR, Kelly. Looks like most guys are using Toyota hubs to convert to 5-lug. If you Google "Chevy Luv 5 lug conversion" you'll find a ton of information, including step by step how-to's with pictures and a few alternatives to choose from. Good luck on the project. Lots more 5 lug wheels to choose from vs 6 lug.Roger
