Dave,Back in my big block modified days I was partial to leaf rears and used the composite leafs.I think we got em from AFCO.We made front mounts with a closed top and vertical slots for the front eye thru bolts and welded a 1/2 ? nut on the top plate and ran a bolt that sat on top of the spring eye for weight jacks. We also ran some home made sliders in place of shackles. They worked pretty darn good.

Yeah, we had a similar setup on a Late Model years ago....worked good once we learned how to set it up!
