This started out as a project about 20 years ago when my dad bought it for me and it would be my first car and the two of us would build it together. By the time I was old enought to really understand what was going on we knew we might be in a little over our heads so the project was put on the back burner and we moved on to a simpler project car. I am in the middle of a build right now but have always kept this car in the back of my mind and now am ready to build it once I sell the current project.

choppedchevy- So far the only part of the car that is not original is the rear end (out of an eary 70's Nova) and the front frame rails (I think it was the same Nova).

Mike P- Yes I am from Moline, IL. I will have to look for the yard mentioned in your reply. I'm going to look at the links you provided and probably take a stab at making my own. I do also have another 41 that is complete I would just need to remove what was left of the charred interior to see what I need to make.
