Looking for a late 20's chevy frame that you also want to put a 426 hemi or big block chevy mill in.

Im sorry but the only parts I know of on your list is a late twenties chevy radiator and grille. Its in an antique shop in town for 150 bucks. Looked to be in good shape, but theres no way im blowing 150 for a radiator that I dont know the shape of.
