Question spare tire cover/continental kit wanted

Looking for an old-style spare tire cover that needs to be 30.5 to 31 inches in diameter. It's for a 1937 IHC panel truck, but chances of finding an original for that are slim. Anyone got one that size, or know a source for continental kits -- I can probably adapt the parts from one of those. Thanks.

    Making cycle type fenders?

    House trailers usually have these.

A trailer wrecking yard can be found in most big cities and you can buy them new at the big RV specialty stores.
