23 Model T cowl vent hinge and push lever

The car is done except for this elusive hinge. The cowl vent sits in the middle of the flat surface between the base of the windshield and the firewall along the body centerline. I have the vent cover. Just need the hinge(s). If I need to get the assembly that's ok too. It's the last part I need to totally wrap up this 4 year project. Right now the vent cover is tacked down with some silicone.
Any help in locating would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

I couldn't find the picture you mentioned; BUT; there is no cowl vent in a '23 Ford Model 'T' cowl. There is one in the '26-'27 years.
