    Rack and pinion needed

Does anyone in here have a worn out power rack and pinion for a Mustang II front end? I need one to mock up my suspension. I don't want to buy a new one because I am not even sure if it will work or not. I have a Camaro subframe on my 56 Chevy and I have done much research on the subject, no one makes a direct fit kit for this subframe. Thanks.............

I fear that you're about to open a can of worms trying to adapt a MII R&P to the Camaro.

Flaming River makes a quick steer box for the Camaro and maybe others do also.

Yeah, I've already mulled over the options. I have a brand new AGR steering box here that I can't use, it's in the way of the radiator and other things. I have already researched all the bumpsteer and turning radius issues and I know I am going to have to re-engineer some of the suspension geometry, in fact I have already done some of it, but I need to see if a MII rack is going to come close to my needs.

I've got one sitting on a shelf. Functional but leaks at a boot. Do you need the tie rod ends too?
