Hank.....glad you finally got them, they were posted over a month ago!
We didn't build the Cobra, bought it as it is, but we have done a few bits and pieces to it.
It's running a big block 429 Ford with a C6, Jaguar independant rear, and a Holden Torana front end. Last time out it ran 11.8 seconds.
We did however build the '47 Ford. That's running a 350 Oldsmobile motor and box, and XJ6 Jaguar front and rear suspensions.
What we were aiming for, and I think we achieved, was to keep the car looking stock, even though its been lowered a bit over 4 inches.
Bob Parmenter has been (figuratively) throwing things at me to get me to post pictures in a gallerry, and I'm trying to, but haven't managed it yet.
