    I know it's out there

Can anyone help me. I am looking for an original 1930-31 model A stainless steel cowl band. I have been looking on ebay, and only found 2 in the last month. I was beat out on the bid with only 4 seconds left on the auction. I bought a repro cowl band last fall from a dealer it is a vintique band and I don't like the fit. If anyone can please help me leave me an email, I will respond to all. Thanks. Gary

Perhaps there's a talented metalworker in your area that can make the repro part fit better.

a30coupe, are you still looking for the cowl trim? I have an extra that came with my car. Man, I don't even know how much it's worth. When looking at it, I'm wondering how I would ship it without it getting turned into a pretzel by UPS. Anyway, let me know and we'll see if we can work a deal. Thanks.
