I've got several pieces from my 40 sedan that I am willing to part with. I'll get a list together within a week. Tell me what you need. BTW, are 1939 and 1940 headlights and buckets similar ?

I do not have the headlight glass but I have two bezels,I also have two NOS taillight assemblies, two NOS bumper guards and a NOS hood ornament. I have factory dual carb and exhaust manifolds for the big six(chrysler/desoto) and a late 30s floor shift overdrive trans. I might have other 39 parts. Jeff

thanks for replying guys, I've located glass, but no buckets, the'40 glass, it is different, completely, but thanks. I was hoping to find a finned head, which I don't even need. I decided to forget about the 39glass and put on some 47 chev h/lts that I found, sealed beam, standard size w buckets and everything, I'll probably save myself $300 in the end, and it's quick, I really want to be on the road for summer. Once I mount the lights, finish wiring, and straighten out my new brake combo, I should be rolling. In regard to the in/exhaust take manifolds and head, the Canadian block is 2'' longer than the american, same displacement , it's a total pain in the ass when you're trying to find old race or dress-up stuff though, I had an NOS Offy 2carb intake with the tallest finns you ever saw, it was cool, but it was american so it was useless to me. Could you guys recommend anyone to me? what are you asking for the hood orn.?

If your motor is longer then the american version its the chrysler/desoto motor, the factory dual manifolds I have should work. I know a junkyard that has a 39 in it and I can look to see it it has any head light parts on it. Jeff

You might want to check out Plydo. They have alot of stuff of us. They seem to have more for the 39s than the 40s

Hey 40, could you send me a list. I still need a few parts for mine. thanks
