just a thought... try to find a set of the exact heads you'll be using. cut them up in a big ass band saw, down the length of the ports. this will show you how much material can be removed and where. also, remember that bigger isn't necessarily better when it comes to porting. you want to smooth the airflow, not just hog out the port. sometimes ADDING material in the right places can make better numbers.
