Sorry, I'm new at this street rod thing, I'm a corvette guy and always wanted to build a t-bucket. Right now I'm building my motor and looking for other things I'll need. I want to put nice wide tires on the rear so I'm thinking 16 or 17" rim with an 18-20" tire. If I measured the backspacing for the rear right, its about 9". On the front I'll probably run a 6" wide tire. The rear tires need to be 5 x 4.5 and the front can be either 5 x 4.5 or 5 x 4.75. Thinking I'll go with aluminum, what do you think??Originally posted by techinspector1
Bob, we'll need more info. What bolt pattern will you need front and rear? What backspacing? Steel or aluminum? 15,16,17,18,20 ? What width wheel?
Thanks for the reply and any help you can give me.
Bob

time for a new forum to visit. when they sold sr.com it went down hill fast. no more forum just a cheap site selling junkie cars. the canadians killed hr.com. mods are real pricks. as with any site...
Where is everybody?
