The carb to sump would mean you had 2 heads, an intake a carb, assembled block, and an oil pan, the only thing you'd lack is a distributor, that's a little more than a long block, that's a compleate engine, I think a long block is heads, rotating assembly and nothing else, possibly the oil pan all instaled in block. A short block is the rotating assembly installed in the block. A compleate engine would be everything except the distributor and possibly carb or ither or. Check www.rebuiltautoengines.com , they have many listings and probably ship international.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
