Hmm...well, I hate to say it but I haven't really seen (what I would consider) even a good reproduction of the visor. In fact none of the re-pops that I have seen have looked very good at all. For some reason, they all seem to have to much droop to them and you can always tell that they ain't the originals. If that's what you are even looking for.

Here is one option I found real quick in an internet search:

    http://www.dwpclassiccars.com/hotrodstuff/svs/

If it were me doing it again though, I would really comb the country-side where you live looking for an original. They look and fit a lot better from what I've seen. Check out old farm fields and pastures for an old truck with one still on it, find out who owns it and offer the guy a few bucks for it. Hell, I've picked up quite a few 3100 emblems, V8 emblems and Hood emblems for 55, 56 and 57 pick-ups over the years doing that. The visors are the same for 1/2, 3/4, 1 Ton and 2 Ton trucks. In fact, the one I got for my Cameo, came off of an old spud truck 15 years ago for $10.00. Hard to say though, the trucks are getting pretty popular these days and people have been raiding them.

All of that being said, and on a side note, I will say that I have bought quite a bit of stuff over the years from Chevy Duty, Jim Carter, Brothers Trucks and Golden State (Back when Seth Daulton owned it, and 1 time after he sold it) and for sheet metal parts, I would say nowadays, I would go with Brother's trucks. There is a lot more "metal" in their sheet metal products if you know what I mean than some of the others.

Golden State used to be pretty good; but, after it was sold.....well, let's just say that I have made only 1 purchase from them....and it will most likely be my last. Nothing personal there, I just usually don't by my Chevy Truck Parts from companies that pride themselves in selling T-Bird parts. Oh and did I mention that the guy first tried to tell me that I didn't know what the hell I was talking about when I ask them if they had a Cameo tail light harness in stock? That might have something to do with it as well.....

"Naw, there's no such thing, all them trucks were the same...there was no difference between any of 'em. What you need is this harness here." he told me.....Then he finally found it in his catalogue....(right after I told him which page to turn too ). That was my last visit....

Please keep in mind that all of this is simply an opinion based on my own experiences and has nothing to do with you being able to find yourself a visor... Sorry for getting sidetracked. Good luck with your truck.
