    Oil Breather, Small One

On an older style engine (no oil breather on the valve covers) the oil fill tube (on the front of the intake) has a oil breather cap.
I'm looking for the SMALL type one. It looks more square when you look at it from the side. Not a round top.
Anyone have one or know where to find one ?
    Thanks

Did it originally come on a GM or Ford. Or was it aftermarket.

Last one I saw was on a GM small block chevy engine.
    It's the smaller breater cap.
