454 engine block
ive got a 454 block marked HI PER PASS with one damaged but repairable cylender, a sleeve would do her up. came out of my 67' vett and am replacing it with the original 427. e-mail @ conormcgee@cox.net or call 918-835-2525 is interested.

Thats a sweet motor conorlxa, I would love to go BB but I don't know if squeezing one under the hood of my '48 would be doable.
Is it just a bare block or is there a crankshaft or anything else that goes with?

I guess I should do some more home work, I have heard they are higher than that around here (900-1200). I better look into it before I leap, thanks Streets
well I decided to do another mod to gain max travel of bars past the intended travel points just for that peace of mind. 1/8 inch is to close so now I'll have 1/2" or better. I cut a 3/16" wall...
