Just a little heads up. I too had painted shocks when i got my frame and i called petes and jakes and they exchanged them for chrome. Just trying to helpSometime Kool is the Rule But Bad is Bad

I'd be very surprised if they would not exchange them for you. Call them and ask for Jason - can't hurt, unless you already bought chrome from someone else.
