KEEP THE SEAT, at least keep it in the garage or somthing, it's worth money if you sell the car, at least let the seat go with as your price will increase, I think it's a rare option, might have been a base option, that like a few kinds of cars, got destroyed in value, as I mean, like the '63 Vettes, the split window cars, people thought the split window was a big blind spot so, there became a kit that allowed you to cut out the middle and put 1 big window in like the '65 - '67, now look at the price of '63 split windows, I'd bet that people did the same with front bench mustangs, got 2 seat's and tracks from the factory and removed the factory front bench, to so much of an extent that, the front bench seat in a mustang was forgotten by most. I'd bet that the seat cover for that bench is probably not made reproduction, and is irraplacable unless you have a good interior shop. The seat frame itself is probably the same seat frame as the 1 in my '67 Falcon 4dr but the seat foam and seat cover are diffrent. If you sold the seat, you'd have to sell it for more than a grand, cause that's how much more approx you could sell the car just with the bench seat, not even in the car. I'm deciding myself between a '67 Mustang 289/ 3spd car or a 1940 Ford pickup with a 440 chrysler as I'm selling my Falcon so I can get somthing new+ money for parts for my '51 Chevy I'm restoring
