There's a rattle can product called Bulldog Adhesion Promoter. Makes paint stick to Chrome, PLASTIC, fiberglass aluminum, Glass, etc. Used it on my sons wheels 2 yrs. ago and neary chip so far. Used it on some plastic parts too. Still there. Got it at the local automotive store. Then rattle can away."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.
