    If the door is off the car, you can also just "POR" some in there and roll it around till all surfaces are covered. Gravity will get it into places that spray or brush will never reach, but water will eventually. The nice thing about POR-15 is you can apply it right over existing surface rust without having to get into those tight places to clean it off first. Make usre you clean out the drain holes at the bottom when your done, no matter how you apply it.
