i got a 1988 chevy pickup 1500, look out your window for 5 min, and you'll see one, but anyway i want to paint it flat black, i just need some advice on whether or not to take the old paint off down to bare metal, or just ruff it up, and if so, what should i use to do so? and what type of flat black paint should i use?
