Hey spray, I have a few simple paint questions also, What's the performance difference between the spray guns that have the resivore above the handle and the ones that have the resivore right behind the handle? I know HVLP means high velosity low preassure but, what does that really mean in terms of the diffrence of the quality of paintjob opposed to a standard gun? If I go from a 1967 dark aqua color to a newer metallic dark aquamarine, will I have to paint under the hood and in the jambs or, will it be ok if I left them? I'm just wondering cause I have never painted a car b4 and, I have to pick out a new spray gun cause my dad's old one has a bad mixer and dosent mix right.
