yes and no the filler can hold moisture and if over welds your better with a ground glass filler has better hold out if any small pin holes mist . some filler can also bleed thru and hot thinner can soak in and move the fillers were ground glass is better over all. moisture with a steel body car is some thing you all way should think of. nice to allways seal up fillers as soon as you can with a steel body
