Well, it's pretty far gone....For sure it's going to need some sandblasting, then the POR 15 treatment process---their website details the products you need and the method of application.... It works good as long as you follow the instructions and don't try to take any shortcuts to save a couple bucks.....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
