Barb, I went to look at a 55 Chevy for sale about 10 years ago, and it was painted John, Deer Yellow. I don't know what the cost would be but I hear others talking about their Blitz satin, and it’s cheaper but good paint. The car didn't look bad plus it must hold up pretty well to be outside most of the time in the sun. Whatever you decide too use get a good respirator like hotrodpaint said.

The hardener is like a liquid plastic.
